Dr Moses Musinguzi is an Associate Professor of Geomatics and Land Management and a registered/licenced Land Surveyor with over 20 years’ practical experience in Land Administration and Geographical / Land Information Systems working as a Researcher, He is currently, the Dean of the School of the Built Environment at Makerere University and serves as a member of the University Contracts Committee, Senate Academic Policies and Appeals Committee and Senate Anti-Sexual Harassment Committee. Prof. Gordon Wayumba
Prof. Gordon Wayumba is a member of the Institution of Surveyors of Kenya (MISK), a Certified Land Surveyor for East Africa Region (CLS, EA). Prof Wayumba is currently the Vice President of CASLE for the East Africa Region. Next to that, he is an Associate Professor in Cadastral Surveying and Land Administration at the Technical University of Kenya and the Director of School of Surveying and Geospatial Sciences. He is also the chief coordinator of a European Union sponsored project on the security of land tenure in East Africa Region, the its4Land project. Resume

Wubetu Anley Belay
He started his profession at Woldia university working as assistance lecturer at school of land administration. Then in 2015, he got promoted as lecturer in land administration and surveying department under school of land administration. He has been working as the head of the department of land administration (2012-2013) for two years. At the moment, he is the Dean of the School of Land Administration. Resume
